Difference for a Rainy DayI catch a glimpse of a past day. My perception was different then, thoughts have altered since. It falters, returns to normal. Now, I see now. Troubled, I look for the glimpse of the day long past, and it blurs in, but fades once more. The memories are weak, but they exist. Suddenly, an entire week, and my mind wanders to that time, though I'm still in the very same place.Difference for a Rainy Day
The moment never existed, but it feels true. I can't hold it long, because now is so different from then. I let myself snap back. The horizon is dark and hazy. There, I see only strangeness. No memories are stirred.
